At the heart of the ravaani platform lies the workflow engine. This BPMN 2.0 compliant engine allows administrators to create processes, assign user groups and specify process routing rules. Users participate in the deployed processes on any device from anywhere at anytime by logging into the platform.
Webform creator
Information routed inside a workflow can be either from a template or user uploaded content. To address the former case, administrators have access to drag and drop form builder. The XFORM compliant form builder supports all fields types commonly used in a web application – text boxes, radio buttons, check boxes, file uploads, images, etc. File validations and appearance is completely configurable.
Enterprise Search
Platform features a highly reliable and scalable search capability that allows users to locate content in no time. Optimized to ensure quick retention as data and meta data grow. Facets guide users to the desired information and discover related items. Auto completion and Did you mean enhance the user search experience.
Reporting and Analytics
Content can be presented in multiple ways with ability for end users to generate reports “on the fly”. Drill down features allow users to start at the very top (eg : country level) and go all the way down to the lowest level (eg : zip code).Administrators create templated dashboards and reports that are data refreshed at periodic intervals.
